Vaccination and Sterlisation Drives

It is important to keep the community in which animals live healthy and safe. Monthly vaccination drives protects stray animals from fatal diseases. We also work to educate local communities to dispel their fear of being attacked by stray animals or of catching a disease.

It has been proven time and again, that well managed sterilisation programs are the most effective way to control the stray animal population. Pups born on the street are injured or die miserable deaths. Sterilization improves the situation for both animals and people.

Feeders play an important role in these drives. They help assess the need and take counts of strays, co-ordinate the trap and catch, and to help lure dogs and cats to enable injecting.
